Post-Tribal Discussion
Genevieve immediately apologizes for leaving Teeny out of the vote and Teeny apologizes to her for ruining Genevieve’s opportunity to make her look stupid.
Whoa…
Teeny then reveals that Andy was the one who tipped her off that Genevieve was behind the Sol vote.
Genevieve and Teeny eventually sit down with Genevieve admitting that she wanted Sol gone way sooner, but held off because of her emotional bond with Teeny. She says she didn’t want to have real bonds with people because she genuinely feels bad about the vote…which was good for her game.
This led to them both realizing that there’s an end coming for one of them in the game because they can’t win together. Whoa…like the “Harry Potter” prophecy…
When Genevieve gets a chance to look forward, her and Andy agree that Tuku should be next.
However, Sam pitches to Andy that Genevieve should go.
And Andy loooooves that he now has power over Sam, where as Sam had power on their previous tribe. That’s one way to look at it. Sam also saved you a few times, so…
Reward Challenge Time: The tribe will be randomly split into three teams of three. They’ll slither through the sand, pushing a ball with their head. They’ll then roll that ball onto a target. The first team to get all three balls in place will win a trip to the Sanctuary, Where Good Things Happen™.
Quick Aside: I know budgets and logistics and all, but I miss when they’d go places on reward.
The Teams: We’ve got Genevieve, Sue, and Teeny as yellow, Andy, Caroline and Gabe as red, and Kyle, Rachel and Sam as blue.
Result: Blue jumps out to a huge lead and never gives it up. The other teams never even get to roll a single ball.
At the Sanctuary
Sam is greeted by a variety of fruit he’s never eaten before. He enjoys some kiwi, but says it isn’t as good as pineapple. He’s not wrong.
Surprisingly, Kyle is ready to make a move on Gabe. He figures it’s only a matter of time before they go after each other. Sam and Rachel are definitely open to this.
They also discuss what to do if Gabe wins immunity. Genevieve is a popular choice.
Later on, Rachel and Sam discuss what happened with Sam blowing up her spot on the Sol vote. They eventually agree to continue to play together, but Rachel still doesn’t trust him.
Nor should she.
Back at Camp
Andy tries to add to his list of connections by telling Sue that he doesn’t just want to vote with her, he wants to be her partner. He also knows which button to push as he tells her that Kyle calls her and Caroline “Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum.”
And as we know, Sue…hates…Kyle. We’re even treated to montage of her hating him. It was epic.
Meanwhile, Gabe is ready to boot Kyle as well. The theory being that he’s tough to beat at challenges and he’ll beat anyone in front of the jury.
When the Sanctuary folk return, Sam tries to get Teeny and Andy on his side to go after Gabe. Teeny seems very into this because both she and Sam have been blindsided before.
Later that night, we learn that Sol’s blindside is really sticking with Teeny. She felt like what happened between her and Genevieve feels more like a break up than a blindside on a reality game show.
That’s the trick to this game; before you play you say, “I’m gonna cut everyone’s throats.” But that everyone is made up of people you don’t know and don’t care about. It gets very different once you’ve spent time relying on these people.
And then…Teeny’s bag catches on fire! She takes that as a sign that she needs to light a fire under her rear end.
Immunity Challenge Time: The players will balance a ball on a disc while standing on a platform. They’ll add more balls as time goes on. The last person standing with all of their balls on the disc will win immunity.
Twist: Jeff offers up a rice negotiation. He says he needs four people to sit out in exchange for the bag. Caroline asks if he’ll do it if two people give up their Shot-in-the-Dark. Probst won’t go for it. Then, Kyle pitches everyone giving their Shots up.
Sam is on the fence, but Gabe does a really convincing job of talking him into it. Although, it might be more accurate to say that Sam didn’t want to be the one to keep his tribe from getting rice.
So, everyone who has a Shot-in-the-Dark hands it over in exchange for the bag of rice.
Awesome! Offer to extend the game to 39 days, next!
Result: It comes down to Kyle vs. Sue (which is probably Sue’s dream scenario) with Kyle picking up yet another win.
Pre-Tribal Politicking
Sam’s potential alliance with Andy and Teeny wants to get rid of Gabe because he’s the leader of Tuku. But, the idea of getting rid of Genevieve is attractive too.
Now that Kyle is safe, Gabe is shifting his attention to booting Genevieve. With her gone, there will be four Tuku left out of eight players. He celebrates with Caroline, telling her that a final three with them and Sue is in sight.
Buuut…Caroline appreciates that Gabe has a better resume that her thus far. She takes this hunch to Andy and he confirms that there is already a movement to get rid of Gabe.
Caroline’s biggest concern is that this will cost her the alliance she has with Sue.
In other news, Rachel likes having Gabe around because he’s considered to be the biggest threat and once he’s gone eyes will start looking elsewhere. So, she starts trying to get some votes on Genevieve.
Also, Gabe and Kyle have a conversation where Kyle confirms it’s either Gabe or Genevieve going home. As you’d imagine, Gabe doesn’t love this news. However, he later tells us that if he can survive this vote, he’s gonna win this game.
Famous last words…
Tribal Time
Vague vague vague…
And boring…
Voting Time: Genevieve votes for Gabe, Gabe votes for Genevieve, Kyle votes for someone whose name starts with a “G,” and the rest of the votes are secret.
JPro tallies and returns. He asks if anyone wants to play an idol or an advantage and…nobody does.
We’ve got one vote for Gabe, two votes for Genevieve, three votes for Gabe, and the tenth person eliminated from “Survivor 47” is…Gabe.
Also, Caroline did vote for Gabe and on the way out he called her a “snake.”
Verdict: Huh…for some reason I thought it was going to be someone else.
Anyhow, what a bunch of players! Caroline, Genevieve, and Rachel are like the “Charlie’s Angels” of awesome strategy. Sam is back in there swinging, and even Kyle has realized there’s more to the game than winning challenges.
A: Sam - Guy went from tie-breaking elimination vote to pulling together an alliance. Well done.
A-: Rachel - She’s liked, she’s packing an idol, her game is respected, and there are still bigger names than her out there. She’s in a great position.
A-: Caroline - She did the right thing. Now she has to survive the potential wrath of Sue.
B+: Kyle - I was very worried about Kyle’s strategic chops, but he knew enough to make a move on his shaky alliance.
B: Teeny - She was back on the right side of the vote, but I still think she needs to drive more of the game.
B: Andy - I have never felt like I’ve had a worse understanding of someone’s game. Is he a genius? Are people humoring him? I don’t know what to believe.
C+: Sue - Again, I have trouble respecting people’s games when they’re so bent on revenge.
C: Genevieve - She absolutely has not been able to pivot since getting Sol out. She needs to bring some allies back in and quick.

Sounds like you're really struggling with tribal council. In your recaps, I think you should either actually try to go over a bit of the topics discussed or just skip it entirely. For me personally, I know you find them boring, so you don't need to type it put every week.
